Body for Life by Bill Phillips

Body for Life is an excercise and dieting book that helps you lose weight and transform your body.  The program combines diet, exercise and weight training to help increase weight loss results.  the diet program has each dieter consume 5 tiny meals a day.  The exercise program takes only an half hour, it is intense workout.  The book provides sample meals and sample workout plans.

I was able to lose 15 pounds and decrease body fat.  The fitness regimen is very intense and you have to be very disciplined.  I was able to stay with the program for around 2 months but did not have the time to continue.  If you have the time to devote to working out, this is a good book for you.

  8. if you ever have free time you can always go to the gym or at your own home just need a jump rope and other things

  9. You can do a lot of things to stay in shape like just doing a couple crunches or sit-ups they can also be fun too like jump roping or double dutch.
